This is the first time in my 40 years i discover that the pictures were not giving justice to this wonderful and amazing place I Ve been looking for years for a little Eden like this and i found it I get all what i need and more This is an amazing place to go if you are looking for inspiration more connection with your in er self if you are spiritual , connected to nature and the energy of the place it self This is my present ( because i booked two more nights and i am writing this review from my room there ) and will be my little sanctuary and the little ( lâcher prise et disparaitre ) It's sooooo beautiful and clean and you will feel home right away Dana is amazing and so nice i didn't have chance to meet her sister and i am sure they are the same This place is the must visit I am coming back for Christmas may be i really visualize my self here having a bit cocoa in the living room that is gorgeous 😍 I love it If you are from city like me ( have always been born in Algiers which is a huge city moved to Paris as teen and deal with that unstoppable city and now live in Boston !) Super cool place tucked away in a quiet location ( BUT near the train tracks, so if you are NOT a train buff like ME, you might want to check into a room on the far side of the house!) Dana was very pleasant and checked in on me every morning. Check in was super simple, parking right out front. Room smelled heavenly and was cozy and comfy. Bed slept like a dream. Windows did not open but the ceiling fan was brilliant. Bathroom was lilterally next door, not down the hall as I expected. WINWIN! Wifi was a little weak at first but then I took it downstairs, it got beefed up, then after that it was strong in my room as well. I LOVED the Mint room. Perfectly formed chairs for curling up in and reading. The grounds are very interesting, filled with herbs, flowers, vines, and chimes of all sorts. Absolutelyl stunning inside. Breakfast room was delightful, with plenty of coffee and lots of continental options. Brilliant. Super close to Appomattox, grocery, gas, food, etc. Wish I had had more days. Thanks much! LKW

The suite was amazing, with two full beds, and a king size bed. The bathroom had two sinks, a full-length stand alone mirror, and a jacuzzi size bathtub. It was very clean, the house had board games, drinks in the fridge, and a huge back yard. It also had a nice breakfast was not exactly fancy with the breakfast, but it was pancakes or french toast, yogurt, juice, cereal, bagels, english muffins, etc.

The Magnolia Room was extremely welcoming and comfortable. Having a nice sofa in the room made it easy to curl up w a good book or watch TV without sitting on the bed. The host was friendly, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Access to the entire first floor made us feel right at home and relaxed. Can definitely recommend Longacre to others.

Everything! The grounds are exquisite! Huge comfortable room with a fireplace! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Our hostess Dana was so gracious and kind. Lovely homemade breakfast every morning, with fruit, juice, and cereal options. Oh, and a comfy flannel robe in my room. Southern charm at its finest! Highly recommend.
